Meet The Team
Mark Fowles
Owner and Managing Director
With over 40 years of industry experience, Mark began his career as an apprentice carpenter and has remained committed to supporting young people into this industry since he has ran his own business. He has built Elivate on the values of integrity, quality and consistency and remained based in the heart of Berkshire for all of his career.
Sam Fowles
Co Director and Office Manager
Sam joined the business in 2016 and has led on new systems and supporting the business growth, quietly working with clients and the team to ensure all our commercial and domestic customers get the best customer care through out each of their projects. Sam is a mum of 3 and loves all things craft!
Craig Hiscock
Operations Manager
Has worked alongside Mark since day one, also began his career as an apprentice carpenter, Craig has developed key skills in project management and getting the best out of the teams he is responsible for. Married with two boys, and grown up in Berkshire, Craigs roots are in the Reading area.
Barrie Powell
Site Manager
Barrie brings with him a solid all round knowledge of the construction industry having began his career from the ground up, (he joined the construction industry initially working in Hard Landscaping) Barrie reports into the Operations Manager and has worked alongside Mark for over 20 years, (with a short break internationally during that time) Barrie has 2 girls and has always lived in West Reading.
Arron Fergus
Site Manager
Having completed a level 2 in carpentry in Landley college, Arron was offered a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Carpentry by Elivate and has reminded working with Elivate since qualifying. His knowledge has grown across the domestic and commercial sectors, Arron now operates sites for Elivate and reports into the Operations Manager. Arron has two boys and live in the Reading area.
